Thursday Tasting Flight: Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, 3-5PM

This Thursday, we’ll be offering a tasting flight of barismo’s Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. This is a lot from a speciality coffee program under the Ethiopian Commodity Exchange. Ethiopia is a challenging country to work in as a company that sources coffee, but we found this lot to be promising and it has been our most popular coffee thus far this year.

The flight will be available this Thursday for $4.00 from 3-5PM; it will include a sampling of the same coffee as a cold brew, a syphon, and an espresso.
