Hearing on Parking & Seating 6/28

We’d like to ask your help on an important matter.  dwelltime’s reception in the neighborhood since opening our doors last April has been terrific.  We could not be happier.  Our biggest obstacle to achieving our full vision has been the lack of sufficient seating space. dwelltime’s lack of off-street parking limits our current seating capacity to 20 customers.  The City of Cambridge requires a Special Permit to raise that number to a level more compatible with our space.

We will present our petition for a parking relief during a Public Hearing on Thursday June 28th  at 8:15pm at 806 Mass Ave., 1st fl.  (Senior Center across from City Hall). It would help a lot if you could attend in person.  If you’re not able, please write a letter of support and email it to    mpacheco@cambridgema.gov or address it to:
