Expanded Seating Approved!
Our hearing before the Board of Zoning Appeal for expanded seating happened last Thursday . The board was impressed by the more than 2200 signatures we presented, as well as numerous letters supporting our petition. The evidence that we provided showed conclusively that more than 90% of our supporters walk or bike to dwelltime and that our expanded seating would not pose any stress on the neighborhood’s parking situation.
We got our permit in 10 minutes flat, without any contest or opposition. Several board members commented that they’ve never seen a parking relief application supported by such massive and overwhelming evidence in favor.
