Pastry Menu July 2 – 15
Our afternoon pastry menu rotates every few weeks; our pastry chef bakes small runs of select items that are released in the afternoon. We’ll periodically be posting these selections online. The menu for the beginning of July is focused on exploring foods that cross the ‘sweet-savory’ boundary. Your best chance of finding these items is in the early-mid afternoon (1-3PM).
Ricotta Mousse Torte
